Ekokutak in Chile

Ekokutak was in Chile during november 2015 until april 2016. During this period, we met different initiaves related to quinoa production and ecovillages in the central area of Chile.  We got inspired with the nature, but particularly with the groups and communities that are trying to build sustainable ways of living.  We will  soon share our experience through photos and videos.

Food Sovereignty

It is also the interaction between producers and consumers, reducing the distance from the garden to the table; fresh food coming from local producers with much less environmental footprint.

Eko Kutak na zegevege

Eko Kutak was part of ZegeVege Festival in Zagreb. More than 100 expositors were showing their products to around 30.000 visitors. The main goal of Eko Kutak was to promote quinoa and its nutritional benefits by offering different Chilean food samples such us quinoa empanadas and juice with quinua.

Eko Kutak bio je dio ovogodišnjeg ZegeVege festivala. Više od 100 izlagača prezentiralo je svoje proizvode posjetiteljima kojih je bilo preko 30.000. Glavni cilj Eko Kutka bila je promocija kvinoje i njezinih nutritivnih vrijednosti, koju smo nudili s tradicijskim Čileanskim receptima kao što su empanade i sokić s kvinojom.
